Clearer Agillic Export Errors and Admin Setup Fixes

This week's updates help teams resolve Agillic export issues faster, upload brand fonts more reliably, and keep group access intact when inviting or re-inviting teammates.

Agillic validation messages in Review

When an Agillic export cannot be completed, Better Email now shows the Agillic validation message in the Review modal instead of a generic sync failure. Teams get more specific guidance before retrying, without extra technical details in the Review modal.

Admin and brand setup fixes

Design System asset uploads now accept .woff font files even when the browser labels the file type differently. Brand font uploads now work consistently across both template editing experiences.

Group selections made during a teammate invite now apply when the invitee joins. Admins no longer need to repeat group setup after first login.

Re-invited teammates can now be added back without breaking group member editing, template access, integration access, or campaign folder access.
