Connected AI Clients and Agillic Sending

This week lets teams build with their preferred AI client, send Agillic Campaigns from the review flow, and work more reliably with Betty and the Campaign Editor.

Connect Better Email to your AI client​

You can now connect Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor, Claude Code, or another MCP-compatible client to Better Email. Sign in with your normal Better Email login, choose the Organization to work in, and the client can create and edit Campaigns using the Design Systems and permissions available to your account.

Connected clients follow Better Email permissions when they find Campaigns, Design Systems, Folders, Integrations, Recipient Fields, and Segments. They can build Campaigns, upload supported assets, run pre-flight checks, and open interactive previews where the AI client supports them. Better Email records which connected client made each edit, and you can disconnect sessions in Settings.

Agillic sends can start in Better Email​

Agillic teams with send access, a configured Agillic Integration, and an eligible target group can now choose what happens after sync: sync only, send now, or schedule the send for later. The send step shows the selected target group before anything goes out, so teams can confirm the audience while they are still in the Better Email review flow.

A later sync will not overwrite the version already sent in Agillic. Scheduled sends remain adjustable while they are still in the future, so teams can make changes and confirm the updated send before the scheduled time.

Betty and the editor are easier to work with​

The Campaign Editor sidebar can now collapse to icons, giving the preview more space while you work. Use the icons or Cmd+. on Mac and Ctrl+. elsewhere to reopen the Modules, Block, Global, or Chat panel, and the editor remembers your preference the next time you open it.

Betty can now help turn HTML you provide into a draft Design System that admins can review before teams reuse it. Betty can also switch into editable Design Systems without you opening that editor first.

Improvements​

  • Teams using a connected monday.com board can assign Betty to an item or mention her in a discussion, then get a Campaign summary, link, and status update back on the item.
  • Long Betty instruction sets now scroll inside the edit dialog, so the save controls stay reachable.
  • Betty can now upload SVGs she creates, and supported SVG image masks keep their quality after upload.
  • When Betty reads a webpage that only returns a loading screen, she now tells you instead of using it as Campaign source material.

Fixes​

  • Opening a Campaign link directly no longer leaves the workspace blank while the preview loads.
  • Non-admin users in group-restricted Organizations can now see Integrations allowed by their group access, including when Betty needs one to create a Campaign.
  • Pre-flight checks no longer flag inserted Recipient Fields as leftover template code, and badge placement is cleaner for findings tied to images and inline text.
  • When Betty updates one part of a repeatable item, the other fields in that item stay unchanged, and Betty-created images remain editable or removable afterward.
  • Betty now reports blocked source images instead of filling missing product image slots with pictures from unrelated companies.
