A collection of improvements we've shipped over the summer to make the email building experience smoother and faster.

Improved image processing​

Our image resizing pipeline has been rebuilt from the ground up. Images are now processed faster and with better quality, so what you see in the preview is closer to what lands in the inbox.

Better drag & drop in the editor​

We've redesigned the hover states and drop zones in the email editor. When you drag a component, the target areas are now more visible and responsive, making it much easier to rearrange blocks without accidentally dropping them in the wrong spot.

Configurable default items for repeatables​

Template developers can now set how many items a repeatable component shows by default when a new email is created. This is useful for components like product grids or article lists where you want editors to start with a sensible number of items rather than a single one.

Rich text editor improvements​

The inline text editor has received a round of usability improvements, including better cursor behavior and more reliable formatting controls.

Other fixes and improvements:

  • Fixed an issue with the demo modal not closing properly
  • Improved PDF/PNG download reliability
  • Fixed feed permission handling
