Invite your team
Bringing teammates into Better Email is quick, but it is worth choosing roles carefully from the start.
Who can invite users
Admins manage team access. If you do not have access to the user management area, ask an admin in your organization to handle the invitation.
Invite flow
- Open your organization settings.
- Go to Users.
- Enter the teammate's email address.
- Choose the right role.
- Send the invitation.
The invited user receives an email with a sign-up or login link.

Choosing the right role
At a high level:
- Admin for organization setup, integrations, and access management
- Designer/Developer for template work
- Editor for day-to-day email creation
Pick the smallest role that still lets the person do their job.

After the invite
The user will appear as pending until they accept the invitation and log in.
